Return & Refund Policy – Online Coffee Bean Purchases

At Wired Coffee Bar, we take pride in roasting fresh, high-quality coffee. Because coffee is a perishable product, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality standards.

Fresh Coffee Policy

All of our coffee beans are roasted fresh in small batches. For this reason, coffee purchases are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been shipped.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your order, we will gladly work with you to resolve it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect product

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement shipment

  • A store credit

  • A refund, if appropriate

Shipping Issues

Wired Coffee Bar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, if your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns on Merchandise (Non-Food Items)

Unused merchandise such as mugs, apparel, or brewing equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is in original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because we roast and fulfill orders quickly, orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in the roasting or shipping process.
