At Wired Coffee Bar, we roast our coffee in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. The following policy outlines how orders are processed and shipped.


Order Processing

All coffee is roasted fresh and packaged shortly after your order is placed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping carrier, package weight, and delivery location.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.


Shipping Carriers

Wired Coffee Bar ships orders through trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier used may vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow the progress of your package.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Wired Coffee Bar cannot guarantee delivery or replacement.

Additional shipping fees may apply if packages are returned due to an incorrect address.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Wired Coffee Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.


Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship within the United States. We are unable to ship coffee internationally at this time.


Order Issues

If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos if the package or product arrived damaged

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
